Tongkat ali is a small flowering tree in the quassia family (Simaroubaceae) and is native to Indonesia, Malasia, and parts of Southeast Asia. It has been used traditionally for male sexual conditions, as an antimalarial, aphrodisiac, and antimicrobial.
