Erigeron breviscapus is an herbaceous perennial in the daisy family (Asteraceae) and is native to China. Lifeflower, or deng zhan hua, is used in traditional Chinese medicine for cardiovascular disease, cerebral blockages and hemorrhage, and digestive disorders.
