Bacopa monnieri is a creeping perennial in the plantain family (Plantaginaceae) and is native to India, Indochina, and the Mascarene Islands. Bacopa is used traditionally to prevent aging and disease, promote healthy longevity, and strengthen life, brain, and mind.
