In response to the changing online market for books on herbs and medicinal plants, ABC is no longer selling published materials other than its own.
MEMBERS: You must be logged in to receive your member discount on purchases in ABC's online store.
SHIPPING: ABC ships via UPS/FedEx/USPS in the United States. We offer one express shipping option online: DHL Next Day PM. If you require a different shipping method, contact our Customer Service Department. International shipping is done by DHL Global Mail Parcel Standard which takes approximately two days for delivery. If you need express shipping to an address outside the U.S., please contact our Customer Service Department.
ABC has a $20 minimum order. If your order does not meet this minimum, a customer service representative will contact you.
Sale prices apply to in-stock inventory only. Customers ordering in excess of what ABC has on hand will be notified of any change in price before their order is processed.
International customers: If you order through the Domestic Store instead of the International Store, a customer service representative will contact you before shipping your order to apprise you of the additional freight charge necessary for ABC to ship your order internationally.
We occasionally make our mailing list available to organizations that promote education events and conferences or provide a service that promotes ABC. We do not make it available to supplement companies to promote products. We respect your privacy. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know in the comments section of our online order form.

If you receive a package from us that is damaged, or the items are not what you needed or ordered, please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may remedy the situation.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Refunds or credits are given for the cost of the item if it is returned in good condition. Shipping and handling costs are not refunded or credited unless the shipment was our error. Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be subject to a restocking fee up to 30%.
Please include in the package with the item(s) a written explanation as to the reason of the return (damaged, not what I needed, etc.) and how you want us to reimburse you (refund or credit to your account). If you can enclose a copy of the invoice, please do. Please pack the item(s) carefully, so that damage does not occur in the return shipment. Send returns to:
